No.692 of 2008 titled as "Anand Shrekrishna Rathi Vs. Suman Anand Rathi " pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, First Floor, Padmavati Shoping Centre, Near Nayar Mandir, Vadodra, Gujarat to the competent Court at Gurgaon, Haryana. Despite service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the District Judge, Gurgaon, Haryana. We direct accordingly. The Principal Judge, Family Court, First Floor, Padmavati Shoping Centre, Near Nayar Mandir, Vadodra, (Gujarat), shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the District Judge, Gurgaon (Harayana), who shall assign the same to a court of competent jurisdiction.
