Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the appellant has undergone incarceration for a period of 9 years out of the 10 years sentence passed by the High Court by way of the impugned order, we are inclined to suspend the sentence and grant the benefit of bail during the pendency of the appeal before this Court. The appellant shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Special Court in connection with First Information Report No.56 of 2016 dated 6 th May, 2016 registered at Police Station Sankra, District Mahasamundh, Chhattisgarh.
