UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1 During the course of the hearing, the Court has been apprised of the fact that the closure report was filed on 28 Decemberm2020. The trial Judge, however, declined to accept the closure report. 2 Cognisance has been taken on 23 September 2022. 3 The Court has also been apprised of a previous order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 6 October 2023 in the case of a co-accused. 4 Bearing in mind the facts and circumstances, we direct that the petitioners shall within a period of one week from the date of this order appear before the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. 5 The learned trial Judge shall pass necessary orders granting bail to the petitioners on such terms and conditions as may be imposed.
