Learned counsel submits that though the appellant has been reinstated in pursuance of the order of this Court, after the filing of the contempt petition, only a portion of salary has been released and the entire dues have not been paid. 2 Issue notice, returnable in eight weeks.
2 3 Personal presence of the alleged contemnors is dispensed with for the time being. 4 The respondents shall file an affidavit explaining the basis on which the payments have been released and what, if any, dues remain to be paid to the appellant for the period he has worked.
