(Leave to Appeal) No. 453 of 2012 dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution, was dismissed.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, we consider it appropriate in the interests of justice to set aside the order of the High Court refusing to restore order dated 24.09.2013. 4. The appeal is, accordingly, allowed and the appeal is restored to its original number. 5.
