The trial is now at an advanced stage and it is not the case of the State that the petitioner has misused the liberty granted to him or violated any of the condition(s) of the bail. 4. In that view of the matter, we are inclined to allow this miscellaneous application. The condition mandates the petitioner not to enter Satara District stands recalled.
