PETITIONER(S) VERSUS HIMANSHU YADAV RESPONDENT(S) O R D E R Notwithstanding the defects pointed out by the Registry in the present petition, which have not been cured and the fact that there is a delay of 163 days in filing the review petition, for which no satisfactory explanation has been furnished, we have gone through the review petition. In our opinion, no case for review of order dated 14.08.2024 is made out. Consequently, the review petition is dismissed being defective and on merits. ....................,J.
