Despite the above, it is submitted that the Investigating Officer is prejudicing the case of the complainant inasmuch as in his affidavit dated 23.02.2015, it has been asserted by him that Kailas Sonawane was in prisoners ward at the time of occurrence and hence there is no substance in the allegations made against him.
