We have perused the impugned judgment dated 14.10.2010 passed by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Bench at Gwalior and have also gone through the evidence and other relevant documents. We do not find any reason to interfere with the judgment so passed by the High Court. In view of that, we find no merit in the criminal appeals.
