Upon hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Having heard learned counsel for the rival parties, we find no justification whatsoever in interfering with the impugned order in exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 136 of the Constitution of India. The special leave petitions are accordingly dismissed. As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications also stand disposed of. While adjudicating upon the suit, the trial court shall not be influenced by any of the observations made by the High Court in the impugned order. Needless to mention, that both the parties shall cooperate for the expeditious disposal of the suit, and the trial court shall endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
