Vide the said order, many other appeals were decided. Some of the appeals came up for hearing before this Court viz. Civil Appeal Nos. 11005-11042 of 2016 titled as Piyara Singh & Anr. Etc. v. State of Haryana & Ors. Etc. The appeals were allowed vide order dated 17.11.2016. The learned counsel for the parties agrees that the issue raised in the present appeals is covered by the aforesaid order.
