Leave granted. This appeal has been preferred by the appellant against Order dated5th March, 2014 passed by the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi in BailApplication No. 1270 of 2014. By the impugned order, the High Courtrefused the appellant to release on bail. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is incustody since 29th August, 2011 and there is no likelihood of completionof the trial in near future. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused therecord and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of thecase, we set aside the Order dated 5th March, 2014 passed by the HighCourt of Jharkhand at Ranchi in Bail Application No. 1270 of 2014 anddirect that the appellant-Gopal Prasad Singh, S/o Shri Govind PrasadSingh be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing bail bond for the sum ofRs.20,000/- along with two sureties of the like amount to thesatisfaction of the trial court.
