Permission, as prayed for, is granted. 3. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

2 SLP(Crl) No.4669/2022 1. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is listed for hearing before the High Court on 26.07.2022. 2. In view of the above, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. 3. However, taking into consideration the totality of the facts and the circumstances of the case, we request the High Court to take up the matter on the date fixed and dispose it off at the earliest in accordance with law. 4.
