In case the petitioners surrender within two weeks from today and submits proof in this regard in the Registry within the aforesaid time, the matter shall be posted for consideration before the Court within two weeks therefrom.” It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed surrender proof o the petitioner along with applications for bail and exemption from filing official translation, which have been registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 9192­9194 and 9195­9197 of 2015. All the documents have been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper books.
