We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court. However, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to place some more material to show that they are innocent. We are not inclined to accept this prayer. The petitioners are at liberty to place all the relevant material before the Magistrate's Court. The special leave petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
