By our order dated 30.01.2026 though we had allowed the impleadment application for the purposes of disposal of the appeal, in paragraph 12 of the order it was clarified that we had not gone into the details of the issue as it was not relevant for deciding the appeal. 3. appropriate to clarify that if any application is submitted for impleading the liquidator, the same shall be considered by the arbitral tribunal on its own merits without being prejudiced by any observation in our order dated 30.01.2026. 4.
