For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Delay of 1631 days is condoned. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The order impugned rejecting the anticipatory bail application by the High Court is dated 06.04.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has been regularly appearing before the concerned Magistrate where the Criminal Complaint No. 3232-C/2014 is pending.

2 Considering the facts and circumstances while refusing the interference in the impugned order at this stage, we give liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court again by making a fresh application seeking anticipatory bail and in case, any such application is made, the High Court shall proceed to decide the same in accordance with law on its own merits as expeditiously as possible.
