Demand Draft No. 560240022 dated 19.2.2014 for a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees twenty lacs only) drawn in favour of the H.D.F.C. Bank has been handed over to the wife in Court. The entire amount which was due to the wife stands paid. In view of the above, the Transfer Petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 12.12.2013. The settlement agreement be made part of this order. In view of the aforesaid settlement agreement, in exercise of our power under Article 142 of the Constitution of India, the marriage of the parties is dissolved by mutual consent.
