After curing the defects, Counsel for the Petitioners has refiled the Petition which is barred by time by 223 days and the Counsel has filed the application for condonation of delay in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and the same was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 4 th January, 2016, when His Lordship condoned the delay in refiling the Special Leave Petition. ...2/-
-2- It is submitted that Mr. Satish Kuamr, Counsel for the Petitioners has on 27 th March, 2015 (at the time of filing of SLP) application for bringing on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole Respondent and the same is barred by time by 1457 days and he has also filed an application for condonation of delay in filing substitution application which have been registered as Interlocutory Application Nos. 2 and 3 respectively. C opy of the same has already been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper books at page nos. 80-85. It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 27 th March, 2015 filed application for exemption from filing Official Translation which has been registered as Interlocutory Application No. 4 .
