As per the office report, defects have been cured by the petitioner on 15.3.2018. Sufficient cause has been made out to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration. Delay in filing application for restoration is condoned. Application for restoration is allowed. Accordingly, the special leave petition is restored to its original number.
