Heard and considered the submissions of the learned for the petitioner. Three Courts of competent jurisdiction have recorded concurrent findings of facts against the petitioner while convicting him and affirming his conviction for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 337, 338 and 304A of Indian Penal Code, 1860. Thus, this court is not inclined to grant indulgence of exemption from surrendering to the petitioner in this case. The application seeking exemption from surrendering is thus dismissed.

2 2. The petitioner shall surrender within two weeks from today and place the custody certificate on record. Thereafter, the special leave petition shall be processed for listing before the Court. 3. In case, the custody certificate is not filed within the aforesaid period, the special leave petition shall be liable for dismissal without further reference to the Court.
