Mr. Hegde submits that the withdrawal permission ought to have been confined to 50 percent of the total sum. Mr. Pallav Shisodia, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent(s)/land holder(s) assures this Court that in view of pendency of the SLP before this Court, his clients would not withdraw beyond Rs. 35 lakhs out of the sum already deposited, and rest of the sum shall be kept in the account until further order of this Court.
