It is submitted that Mr. E.R. Sumathy, Advocate for the petitioners has filed an application for bringing on record the Lrs. of Petitioner No. 2 and a application for condonation of delay in filing application for bringing on record the Lrs. of Petitioner No. 2 . There is a delay of 9252 days in filing the same. The aforesaid applications have been numbered as 3 & 4 respectively.
