Mr. Narender Kumar Verma, AOR For Respondent(s) UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R 1 The petition under Article 32 of the Constitution was instituted in April 2021 for seeking directions for dealing with the outbreak of the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic. This Court has taken suo motu cognizance of several issues arising out of the outbreak of Covid-19 and comprehensive directions have been issued. It is not necessary to add to the petitions pending on this subject before the Court. Moreover, the reliefs which have been sought are broad and general in nature. Hence, there is no reason the entertain the petition at this stage. 2 The petition stands disposed of. 3 Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
