The High Court, vide order dated 12.07.2022, had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner directing him to surrender within six weeks. The petitioner, however, did not surrender and in fact, has not cooperated in the investigation.
2 Under these circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to appear before the court concerned and seek appropriate relief. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, is/are disposed of.
