We do not see any reason to interfere with the order passed by the High Court especially when the High Court has already directed the Magistrate concerned to expedite the trial of the case. Keeping in view the fact that the matter has been pending for nearly eight years before the trial court, we hope and trust that the Magistrate will in compliance with the directions issued to him complete the trial within oneyear from today. The Chief Judicial Magistrate would also -2-do well to monitor the progress of the case and if there isany unnecessary delay in disposal of the matter by theMagistrate, report the same to the High Court for
