2 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Permission to file the Special Leave Petitions is granted. Delay condoned. In case the chip is inside the dispensing Unit which is in the custody of the Investigation Officer, the petroleum company shall be permitted to replace the dispensing Unit and make the petrol pump functional. In case the chip has not been removed, the petroleum company shall be permitted to install additional dispensing unit so as to make the petrol pump functional. This arrangement is only for the purpose of making the petrol pump functional and the same shall have no bearing on any other proceedings. The impugned order of the High Court will stand modified to this extent. The Special Leave Petitions shall stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
