Subash Projects and Marketing Ltd.” Learned counsel for the petitioner-State submits that the provisio of 34(3) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act would be rendered otiose more so in view of Section 10 of the General Clause Act and the Section 4 of the Limitation Act. we are thus of the view that it is appropriate that for admission purposes also this matter be placed before a Three Judges Bench.
