In view of that, we do not intend to pass any order on these Special Leave Petitions at this stage. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the Southern Railway following the hearing as contemplated, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies including the arbitration, in accordance with the provisions of law.
