We decline to entertain the present petition wherein the petitioners seek directions to the Court to dispose of a Writ Petition filed by them before the High Court in the year 2021, expeditiously. However, having regard to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners that while the petitioners are still awaiting finality in respect of the appointment to the posts of Stenographers, the Respondent-High Court has issued a fresh 1
advertisement for further appointments to be made to the subject post. 2. On the petitioners moving an application for early hearing, the High Court is requested to consider the same and pass appropriate orders for expeditious disposal. 3.
