UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Issue notice returnable in six weeks.
2. In the meantime, there shall be stay of further proceedings in
HMA No.1763 of 2025, pending before the Court of Principal District
Judge, Family Court, Sub Divisional Court, Pataudi, Haryana.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that there is a
correction to be made in the petition.
4. Accordingly, Registry to permit the same.
