We have perused the averments contained in the application for condonation of delay and are convinced that the explanation given by the petitioner is wholly unsatisfactory. Therefore, the application for condonation of delay is dismissed. As a sequel to this, the Review Petition is liable to be dismissed as barred by time. 3. Even otherwise, after having gone through the Review Petition and the record of the Civil Appeal, we do not find any ground to review judgment dated 31.08.2016.
