However, as far as delayed filing of appeal is concerned, the appellants shall not be entitled to the interest from the date of impugned judgment of the High Court until the filing of special leave petition in this Court on all the counts, including interest on solatium. In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of on the above terms. No order as to costs.
