We see no reason to interfere with the impugned order so passed by the High Court of Bombay. The Special Leave Petition is dismissed. Consequent upon the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, pending application filed in the matter is also disposed of. However, as prayed for, six months' time is granted to vacate the suit premises subject to filing usual undertaking in the Registry of this Court within two weeks from today, stating that the petitioner shall not create any third party rights, will clear all the rent/dues/occupational charges in the meanwhile and will peacefully vacate the suit premises concerned at the end of six months from date, i.e., 10 th October, 2017 positively.
