Vritika”, pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, is ordered to be transferred to a court of competent jurisdiction at Muzaffarpur, Bihar. The transferor court shall send the case record to the transferee court promptly and without any delay.
