Yogesh Kanna, Advocate for Respondent No. 1 and 2 in SLP(C) No. 13437 of 2016 and Respondent No. 2 to 4 in SLP(C) No. 13694 of 2016 has not filed response so far. SLP(C) Nos. 824 OF 2017 The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6 th January, 2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:- “Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the relevant material. Delay condoned. Exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned judgment and O.T. is granted. Issue notice. Tag with Special Leave Petition (Civil) No.13694 of 2016.” It is submitted that show cause notice was issued to all the five Respondents by Registered A.D. Post on 24 th January, 2017. Mr. K.K. Mani, Advocate has on 15 th February, 2017 filed Vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No. 5 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit. AD Card duly signed received back from Respondent No. 2 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf. As per track report, article has been delivered to Respondent Nos. 1,3 and 4 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. ...3/-

Registrar's Court on 12 th April, 2017, when the following order was passed:- “ Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.5 to file the counter affidavit. Service is complete on the respondent Nos.1,2,3 & 4, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after expiry of four weeks.” It is submitted that Counsel for the Respondent No. 5 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. M.A. Chinnasamy, Advocate has on 19 th April, 2017 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1. The said Counter Affidavit is being circulated to the Hon'ble Court. Service is complete in all the matters.
