This is a transfer petition at the instance of the petitioner-wife seeking transfer of the case being H.M.A.No.485 of 2015 titled Arun Sharma v. Priyanka Shiwal pending before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District South-West, Delhi, at Dwarka, New Delhi to the Family Court, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. In view of the above and also considering the hardships which will be faced by the petitioner in contesting the case at Delhi, we deem it proper to allow the transfer petition and direct transfer of the aforesaid case from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District South-West, Delhi, Dwarka Court, New Delhi to Family Court, Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan along with all records for its adjudication.
