IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CIVIL ORIGINAL JURISDICTION TRANSFER PETITION (C) No. 612 OF 2016 JAI SHREE Petitioner(s) VERSUS MAJOR RAJAT SINGH Respondent(s) O R D E R Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition filed by the petitioner under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer Matrimonial Suit No. 02/2016 titled as "Major Rajat Singh Vs. Jai Shree" from the Court of Additional District Judge, Kurseong, West Bengal to the Family Court at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. We order accordingly. Accordingly, we refer the matter to Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties, who would appear before the said Mediation Centre on  07.02.2017 at 11.00 A.M. The Incharge, Supreme Mediation Centre, after making an endeavour for amicable resolution of the disputes, shall submit a report to this Court within one month thereafter. List the matter after the Mediation Report is received.” Accordingly, copy of Court's order dated 17­01­2017 was sent to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre as well as parties were also informed to appear before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre on 07­02­2017 vide this Registry's letter dated 20­01­2017. It is submitted that Mediation report dated 25­02­2017 has been received from  the Supreme Court Mediation Centre.  Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
