Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and considering the averments in the Petition, a case is made out to transfer the case being F.C.O.P. No. 496 of 2019 from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh to Tirunelveli at Tamilnadu. In the circumstances, the aforesaid case being F.C.O.P. No. 496 of 2019 titled as “ Singhi Kailash Kumar vs. Nitu Singhi” pending before the Court of XII Additional District-cum-Family Judge, Guntur at Andhra Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the competent Family Court, Tirunelveli at Tamilnadu.
2 The transferor Court is directed to transfer/transmit the record and proceedings of the aforesaid Case to the transferee Court forthwith. In view of this Court, possibilities to resolve the dispute through mediation must be explored. The two counsels after
2 consulting their clients, shall explore possibilities of mediation including the place of mediation whether it will be Tirupati, Chennai or Delhi, as suggested before this Court, and shall inform about the outcome to this Court.
