Against the dismissal of his anticipatory bail application by the High Court, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing the present special leave petition. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and carefully perusing the material placed on record, we see no reason to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.

2 The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel to the above, pending Interlocutory application(s), if any, stands disposed of. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial court and files an application for regular bail, the same may be considered and disposed of on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously.
