Insofar as the other appellants are concerned, we are in agreement with the impugned order. However, we are inclined to grant four weeks’ time to the other appellants to surrender and seek relief of regular bail. Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside insofar as the appellant No.1 is concerned, and he is granted bail, subject to terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
