It is further submitted that SLP(C) Nos. 1224-25/2010 arising out of similar question of law was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.04.2015, when the Court was pleased to grant the leave. Consequently, Civil Appeal has been registered as C.A. Nos. 3669-3670/2015. Copy of order dated 10.04.2015 is enclosed herewith. It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner was required to clarify certain objections regarding nature of matter. In this regard he has given a letter dated 24.04.2015 and the same is palced at page No. 203 of SLP paper books.
