Applications seeking exemption from filing certified copy of impugned order as also for seeking exemption from filing official translation of the Annexures are allowed. 2. H eard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Deputy Advocate General appearing for the State of Madhya Pradesh and carefully perused the material available on record, including the counter affidavit filed by the State.

2 3. During the course of hearing, we are informed by the learned Deputy Advocate General that the trial is at the fag end and it would be concluded within three months.  4. In view of the above, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is reported to be in custody since 27­11­2017, we direct the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months reckoned from the date of communication of a copy of this order. 6. In case the trial is not concluded within the period as stipulated above, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an application for bail before the trial court. 7.
