The appellant has already suffered incarceration for more than two decades.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, we grant bail to the appellant till the disposal of the Criminal Appeal by this Court subject to the conditions that may be imposed by the Trial Court. Additionally, we impose a condition that the appellant shall report every week on Monday before the local Police Station having jurisdiction starting from the coming Monday i.e. 27 th January, 2025.
