However, we are inclined to extend the period allowed to deposit the balance amount which we are informed of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakh) within a further period of two months from expiring of the time given in the order dated 16.12.2024. The cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) stands waived.
