Yasoda pending before the Principal Judge Family Court, Hathras, U.P. is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court (N/E) Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. Registry to communicate a copy of this order to the transferor Court for effecting compliance. However, as per the suggestion made by the learned counsel for the parties, the transferee Court should first facilitate mediation before attempting to adjudicate the matter on merit. 1
