It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instructions whether the amount is deposited or not. It is stated by learned counsel for the State that the petitioner is absconding. We accordingly dispose of this petition and give liberty to the State to apply for cancellation of anticipatory bail before the trial court and to forfeit the amount, if it has been deposited.
