According to the office report, the service of notice has been effected upon the respondent-husband. However, no appearance has been filed. We have perused the petition for transfer. Mamta Gahoi”, pending before the Family Court, District Farrukhabad, Uttar Pradesh is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohini Courts, Delhi.
