It is stated that the petitioner has been restricted from entering into Shrigonda Tehsil. However, the incident has taken place in Jamkhed Tehsil and it is only the trial that is going on Shrigonda Tehsil.
2 In that view of the matter, this Court’s order dated 01.06.2021 is corrected to the extent that instead of “Shrigonda Tehsil” it should be mentioned as “Jamkhed Tehsil”. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper by the learned trial judge with an additional condition that till completion of trial the petitioner shall not enter Shrigonda Tehsil except when he is required to attend the trial. He shall further furnish the address where he would reside to the Investigating Officer and report to the Police Station of the area in which he would reside during the pendency of the trial on first and fifteen of every month.
