Smt. Priyadarshini Jain from District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi to Family Court, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. We order accordingly. Within a fortnight of communication of copy of this order, the District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, shall transmit the record to the Family Court, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh, where the matter itself shall be decided within a period of next nine months, without granting undue adjournments to either of the parties.
